• Plan Ahead & Prepare
  Know your route, understand the conditions, and carry the essentials.
• Travel & Camp on Durable Surfaces
  Stick to existing tracks and campsites to prevent erosion and damage.
• Dispose of Waste Properly
  Pack out everything you bring in — including food scraps, wrappers, and tissues.
• Leave What You Find
  Don’t pick wildflowers, disturb rocks, or remove natural or cultural items.
• Minimise Campfire Impacts
  Fires are only used where permitted and safe. 
• Respect Wildlife
  Observe animals from a distance and never feed them.
• Be Considerate of Others
  Share the trail, stay peaceful, and leave space for other hikers to enjoy nature.

We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands we guide on — particularly the Gamilaraay, Wiradjuri, and Kamilaroi peoples of Western NSW.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, and recognise their ongoing connection to Country — through story, language, and land stewardship that spans tens of thousands of years.
