We offer a range of guided hikes including short scenic walks, summit treks, stargazing hikes, overnight hikes, and custom-built experiences.
Our main routes are within Warrumbungle National Park. We also offer select custom hikes through the Pilliga Forest, Mt Kaputar, and Coolah Tops.
All guides are qualified in First Aid and Remote Area First Aid, trained in navigation and bush safety, hold a WWCC and hold required licenses under NPWS Commercial Tour Operator regulations.
Each tour listing includes a description, estimated duration, difficulty level, and elevation gain. If you're unsure, reach out to us and we’ll help match you with the right hike for your fitness and experience level.
Yes, many of our hikes are beginner-friendly and cater to various fitness levels. We also provide guidance, gear tips, and pre-hike preparation advice.
You'll receive a gear checklist upon booking, but generally you should bring:
– Comfortable hiking boots/shoes
– Weather-appropriate clothing
– Hat and sunscreen
– At least 2L of water
– Personal medications
Optional but recommended: insect repellent, trekking poles, GPS.
We have limited stock of daypacks, headlamps, and overnight equipment available. Please request at the time of booking to check availability.
Most hikes are self-drive to the trailhead. Transport options may be arranged for custom or group hikes with prior notice.
Yes! Family-friendly hikes are available. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Age restrictions may apply for more strenuous or overnight hikes.
Some easier-grade hikes may be suitable depending on the individual’s needs. Please contact us directly so we can advise and tailor an experience if possible.
Yes. All participants must complete a waiver and emergency contact form before the hike. This will be sent in the pre-hike pack.
Absolutely. We offer tailored hikes for school groups, team-building days, and special interest groups. Contact us to design a group experience that fits your needs.
Unfortunately, no. National Parks in NSW do not allow pets on walking tracks, including Warrumbungle National Park.
You can book through our website, social media, or by contacting us directly. A secure payment is required to confirm your booking.
We monitor park conditions and forecasts closely. Light rain won’t cancel a hike, but if safety is compromised (e.g. storms, fires), we will reschedule or refund.

Most areas of Warrumbungle National Park have decent mobile coverage, particularly on main trails and higher elevations. However, some remote or forested sections may have limited or no signal. For your peace of mind, our guides carry UHF radios, satellite communication devices, and Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs) to ensure contact in the event of an emergency.
